MAYOR DAVID MALONE IS STILL NUMBER
ONE AGAINST THE PEOPLE.
PUPPET MAYOR DAVID MALONE TO PUT OUR
CITY GOVERNMENT INTO
THE MARTINGS OLD BUILDING.
RUMOR HAS IT THAT DAVID MALONE WILL
BE MAYOR UNTIL THE CITY
MANAGER GOVERNMENT BEGINS IN JANUARY, 2014 AND DAVID
WILL THEN BECOME CITY MANAGER FOR LIFE.
THE MAYOR’S BUILDING COMMITTEE MEMBERS
STILL APPARENTLY HAVE
THE SAME GOAL THEY HAD TEN YEARS AGO.WHEN LOCAL MOBSTER
JOHNSON SOLD THE WORN OUT OLD MARTINGS DEPARTMENT
STORE TO A GROUP OF
CONSPIRING COUNCILPERSONS FOR TWO MILLION
OF YOUR DOLLARS.
THE IDEA IS TO MOVE CITY GOVERNMENT
OFFICES INTO THE ANCIENT
MARTINGS BUILDING, SELL OFF OUR PRESENT BUILDING AND
LAND AT A
FIRE-SALE PRICE TO THE LOCAL CRIMINAL LAND GRABBERS AND PUT RESIDENTIAL
OWNERS INTO A LONG TERM MONSTROUS DEBT TO PAY FOR REHABBING

Terry L. Ockerman’s TLO Holdings LLC
at 842 Gallia Street.
(this property was the old Levi Furniture, or
later Heilig-Meyers Furniture store was there.)
Terry got this building from a Jacobs Family Trust for
One Hundred Thousand Dollars about the same
time our Mayor Greg Bauer and the City Council
were paying Two Million Dollars for the useless

A part-time employee in the
Mayor's Office apparently was
given authority by Mayor David Malone
to grant abatements without following
the laws of City Ordinances and the
Ohio Revised Code.
With proper collection of taxes
the grasping super-wealthy business

money for operation of the city

It is known that our present City Solicitor John Haas
has been seriously researching this criminal loss of
funds through wrongful abatement of taxes and
soon have a report and a propoal ready for
Council action soon.
Previously, on Monday, July 09, 2012,
as Council President, John Haas presented to
City Council a proposal to alter Tax Abatements to
include standards and requirements in
accordance with existing Ohio Revised Code,
to make the abatement process transparent
and available to all property owners,
Haas' proposal also will give proper consideration to city schools
so they may receive their fair share of tax funds.
More news and ideas on abatements expected
from Council President John Haas, and others
(including input from citizens) at
meeting of Council on Monday, July 20, 2012.
No action was taken by other Councilmen on Councilman Haas'
research and proposals

Now on this 7th day of July 2 015 John Haas is the elected man in charge of the Office of City Solicitor. Hopefully Solicitor Haas will be furnished live and active help from the other two lawyers sitting with City Council as he continues to attempt to bring honesty to the fraud in the tax abatement crimes that are continuing to bring financial disaster to the City of Portsmouth.
